In your opinion, what part of "visual art" that people often use it to judge that the art is good or bad (or likes or dislikes)? why most people tell that this "kind" of art (maybe such as forest scenery, or futuristic animation, for example) is good, but for some kind of art they always tell that this is not good, no matter how "good" the art in the eye of the creator?
the key question is: "What point in visual art that most important for people's viewing pleasure?"
What part in Visual Art that people most interested with?
It would be, to connect with the artwork and getting something from it
Example: I have a panting and it shows a scenic view in winter, looking at it you can almost feel the cold of the snow
