i'm looking for options to attend art school outside of my country (i'm from the philippines) and i was wondering if someone could point me out to european art universities or schools that give out international scholarships? (i went through art university in san fracisco and art inst. of chicago but they had no international scholarships on program- plus they're really pricey) thanks so much ahead.

I don't know of any art schools, but if you do find one, check their website because schools usually give out private scholarships also.
