Which art college is right for me?

my highschool art teacher told us to give us some info


about what college i would want to go to, but im not quite sure which one would be the best for me.


i want to be an art teacher when i am older or an illustrator %26amp; writer for childrens' books


and i would also like for the college to be close or inside of michigan.


and for any of you art teachers out there

Which art college is right for me?
I went to Kutztown University in PA...they are well known for their art teachers. in fact, in one of my interviews...the lady interviewing me said..."i only interview and hire art teachers who went to kutztown" and that was in VA. so it shows the awesome reutation they have. BUT...you might want to do some statistical research on art education first. i've already lost one job due to this no child left behind BS...i don't see a promising future for art teachers...sorry
