Cool art project...ideas?

hey all!


so i was just assigned a project for art class.


the idea is that you have to show a sort of a "split" personality.


you have to basically present a picture of yourself, but in a way that it shows YOU, as you are, and then the DARK side of you.


some things that past art students did was that they showed a beautiful picture of themselves, and when they flip a trasparancy onto the picture, it shows them, but with signs of depression and stress.


another one was a picture of the persons eyes, beautiful eyes, and when you roll them the other way, it shows dark eyes with words of hatred





what are some good ideas you can suggest to me that will make my art shine?

Cool art project...ideas?
Make a painting first off. Take a pencil and draw ur basic outline of yourself. Then draw in the details. Then on the right side draw your normal personality. If your a happy person, draw a smile onto the right. Then make that side look happy and have sparkling eyes if you know what i mean. Eyes that smile in their own special way. Then on the other side draw your alter ego or a sad and angry person on the left. Have it merge. If youve seen pictures of a person who on one side is an angel and the other side is a demon i think you know what im talking about. Hope that helped!

Reply:I would make a collage of things I liked and things I didn't like combining to make the picture. Then make a brick background and write a word in every brick.... just an idea...
Reply:use pop ups or fabric. maybe you should mix colors to really make them pop out.
