Which art college is better for a photography major; Parsons or MICA?

I've been accepted to both for the Fall 2008 term.


Here's what I've heard about each school, please dispel any myths %26amp; confirm any facts:





PARSONS


The dorms are terrible, Loeb is the worst, 13th st is bad but better than the rest


The school focuses less on ART and more on being successful from a business standpoint


Not a lot of financial aid


Good liberal arts classes


Most complaints seem to come from students in their foundation year





MICA


Lots of drama/ Very clique-ish


Competition between students is high


Academics/Liberal Arts classes are poor %26amp; dumbed down


Not enough career prep


Poor photo facilities (especially dark rooms)





Any first hand experiences would be appreciated, especially from photography majors or students who are in their jr/sr year or have already graduated.

Which art college is better for a photography major; Parsons or MICA?
Parson's is international known, MICA isn't.





But, unless you have a full ride or your parents can pay it all, you will be taking on a lot of debt to go there. MICA might be a better choice, less debt = more freedom when you graduate.
