The art institutions around the US?

i want to go to the art institute of phoenix for graphic design, but I've already been accepted into asu

my parents don't think that the art school is very credible and that i wont be able to get any jobs when im done with the school.

i think i would work better there and learn more because i'll be surrounded with art everyday

i love everything about art!

but they don't seem to think it's right

and i also want to live in LA soon

and they have one there so i could transfer

*it's more expensive than asu

my dad thinks it's just some prive company trying to take people's money

but these institutions are all over the US!

help me, please please please

what should i do or tell them?

does anyone go there

or have any information!

The art institutions around the US?
anything that is called the __________ art institute is owned by a corporation. Pittsburgh art institute, pheonix, etc. If a school doesn't require an in depth portfolio when looking at applicants it is a scam school.

TRY OTIS. Otis is an art school in san fran with the highest job turnout rate in the country... that means jobs that actually relate to the major you graduate with.

Many head designers graduated from Otis, a lot of famous curators graduate from there too, a lot of internationally renouned artists come from there as well. I'd look into it. It's expensive- but you're pretty much garunteed a job if you graduate.
Reply:Trust me

You will get a job.

We've live in a world filled technology.

If you know how to market yourself you will find a good job.

best of luck
